We perform numerical simulations of a two-dimensional frictional granular system under oscillatory shear confined by constant pressure. found that the undergoes dilatancy as strain increases. confirmed compaction also takes place at an intermediate amplitude for small mutual friction coefficient between particles. depends on confinement pressure while little
